we need someone to run lilith pub!
Alva our current Lilith Pub manager is unfortunately leaving Sweden, so we are looking for someone to fill the role!
if you haven't been, lilith pub is the friday sapphic bar hang. people come on their own and leave with plans. that happens because someone is there every week making it a place worth showing up to.
what you'd actually do:
run the room every friday. but more than that, give each one a reason to exist. you come up with the night and you make it happen. quiz nights. speed dating. blind date setups. crafts. whatever pulls people in and gets them talking. you run karaoke and you make it fun even when the first three people are too shy to sing.
You will be onboarded and taught how to run things!
We need people who are social, creative and caring!

If you are not available every Friday, please still apply as we might also go with rotating mangers instead of one.
This is a paid position and the pay will be discussed in the interview.
