We’re looking for a Safety Team Member who doesn’t just "do security" but embodies our values: passionate, confident, and able to hold space with both firmness and heart.

🎯 Your Role

As part of our safety team, you’ll be the eyes, ears, and soul of our floors and rooms. ensuring our crowd feels safe, respected, and free to express themselves. It's important that would be able to read the room, de-escalate with care, and foster a vibe where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor venues with a proactive, community-minded approach.
• Handle confrontations calmly and kindly.
• Support queer, kink, and alternative crowds with zero judgment and total respect and a deep knowledge of the community.
• Assist patrons in distress, from overheating on the dancefloor to navigating consent conversations.
• Work closely with bar staff, performers, vakts, and organisers to keep the energy positive and inclusive.
• Uphold BP’s zero-tolerance policy for hate, harassment, or non-consensual behaviour

• Have previous safety, security, or crowd-care experience (a plus, but not essential, we value attitude over certificates).

💰 Pay & Perks

• 1,400 – 1,600 kr per day (before tax), based on experience and shift length. After Tax it will be approximately half of these numbers!
