Black Planet is a gritty, dancefloor-first collective rooted in 90s alternative club culture. Our nights, from hard techno and queer kink parties to retro nights, are sex-positive, kink-positive, and queer-centered. We’re not just a club collective; we’re a community. And now, we’re looking for partners to help us grow.

We’re seeking Expansion Partners to bring the BP vibe to new cities, starting with Malmö and Göteborg. This is about co-creating, not copying; you’ll build BP’s presence with autonomy and our full support.

🎯 Your Role

As an Expansion Partner, you’ll be the local heartbeat of BP in your city. From scouting venues to rallying crews, you’ll turn spaces into BP’s signature dark, energetic environments, ensuring every event feels authentically ours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Local Production: Handle all rigging, setup, and breakdown, transforming venues with your hands and vision.
• Build & Manage Local Teams: Recruit and coordinate staff, safety crew, and volunteers who share our values. You’re the on-ground leader with our supervision and guidance. 
• Adapt BP’s Vibe: Tailor events to your city’s scene while keeping our core values intact, gritty, inclusive, and dancefloor-first.
• Oversee Operations: Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for each event, with backing from our central team.
• Foster Community Connections: Embed BP into your city’s alternative nightlife, collaborate with local artists, DJs, and collectives.

• Revenue Share + Base Fee: Earn a cut of the door plus a project fee for each city launch. We build a model that rewards your hustle.
• Autonomy & Support: You call the shots locally, with full backing from our central team for financing, safety protocols, and brand assets.
