Born from 90s alternative club culture, we’re gritty, working-class, and dancefloor-first. Our nights span hard techno, trance, queer kink, retro  night, and everything that defies the polished mainstream. We’re here for the freaks, and the ones who sweat authenticity!

Now, we’re looking for visionary organizers to expand our universe (Planet?). If you’ve got a club night in your heart (or already running) and it pulses with the same dark, sexy, community-driven energy, let’s talk!

We partner with you to make your night happen, no money needed from your side. Just your passion and time.

• Full Financing: We cover venue costs, tech, marketing, and crew. You focus on the creative spark.
• Safety & Operations: Our dedicated safety team handles door policy, harm reduction, and logistics, so your night meets BP’s rigorous standards.
• Brand Power: Tap into our loyal crowd, social media reach, and reputation for throwing unforgettable events.
• Creative Freedom: You keep artistic control. We’re here to support, not sanitize. Your night must be queer-inclusive and rad, but how you express that is up to you!

🎯 Your Role

As a BP partner, you’re the heart and brain of your night. This isn’t a passive role; it’s a hands-on collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Pitch your club concept(s) whether it’s a brand-new idea or an existing night seeking a new home.
• Curate the Vibe: Music, performers, decor, theme, everything that makes your night unique and BP-aligned.
• Work with Our Team: Collaborate on timelines, budgets, and safety plans. Be responsive and transparent.
• Promote Passionately: Use your networks and ours to fill the floor with the right crowd.
• Be On-Site: Show up, sweat it out, and ensure your vision comes to life (we’ll be there too).

🔥 Who You Are

We care about your fire, not your finances. You’ll fit if you:

• Have a Club Night Idea or Existing Event that’s alternative, gritty, and dancefloor-focused, think techno, trance, queer parties, kink spaces, retro nights, or something we haven’t even imagined yet. All of our nights are 4 on the floor for now, so it must fit that musical direction!
• Match Our Values: rooted in community over commerce. 
• Bring Passion & Time: You’re ready to dedicate evenings and energy to make this happen. No prior funding required.
• Are Collaborative, Not Ego-Driven: You thrive in partnership and value safety, inclusivity, and raw expression.
• Know Your Scene: Whether it’s underground techno, Sapphic clubs, or hyperpop chaos, you understand the crowd and the culture.
